How do I order?
You can place your order request through our online form. We will review your request and send you an invoice to confirm your order details.
How much notice do you need?
We recommend providing at least 48 hours of notice for standard orders. For larger orders we require 5-7 days notice, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your selections.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver throughout the entire DMV area. Delivery fees are calculated based on your specific location and the size of your order.
Can I customize flavors?
Yes! It depends on which collection you order.

🎉 Weekly Variety Pack
Our Weekly Variety Pack features a rotating selection of flavors chosen by Kiki's Cupcake Co. These flavors change weekly and cannot be customized.
How do I pay?
For custom orders, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your selections. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before pickup or delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our policy is that all orders are non-refundable once the 50% deposit has been made. We are happy to reschedule your order if needed.
